Rules and regulations of the water park O’Gliss park

Welcome to O’Gliss Park!

In order to ensure your well-being and safety, we ask you to respect the following rules:

All visitors must present themselves at the park reception desk and pay the amount of their packages to access the activities. Participants must keep their admission tickets and proof of purchase throughout their stay at O’Gliss Park, they may be requested.

Minors remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult at all times.

The practice of activities is forbidden to anyone who has consumed alcohol or any substance that may impair their abilities. You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual capacities to take part in extreme leisure activities such as the slides at Délir’Space or the rivers atExploral’o.

Each member of the site staff is empowered to enforce the rules of this regulation and, in case of breach, to proceed to expulsion, without any compensation being requested.

The park is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to your personal items on the site. We recommend that you do not leave your belongings unattended.

Lockers are available inside the park at a cost of 5 € for a maximum of 4 people and for the whole day.

The parking lots are free and unattended. For security reasons, we recommend that you lock your vehicle and do not leave any visible objects. O’Gliss Park cannot be held responsible for theft and/or damage caused by third parties to your vehicle or its contents.

The markings and the path on the ground must be respected. It is forbidden to walk outside the paths in order to preserve your safety and the fauna and flora.

It is forbidden to deface or climb over fences or safety railings. Picnicking outside the picnic area is prohibited. The tables in the various food hubs are reserved for people consuming the products sold by these restaurants and bars.

The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited by law.

It is forbidden to throw anything on the ground, both in the park and in the parking lots. You must generally respect the cleanliness of the environment and use the garbage cans provided for this purpose.

Remember that you are in a public space, smoking areas are available in the park, it is strictly forbidden to smoke outside these areas. Consumption with a chicha is formally forbidden on the park, whatever the product integrated in it. We recommend that you dress decently and appropriately for the place you are in.

Bathing suits are mandatory to access the activities and aquatic areas. Only swimsuits (one or two pieces), shorts and boxers are accepted. T-shirts specially designed for swimming and UV protection are tolerated. Street clothes and underwear are not allowed for hygienic reasons. Concerning the burkini: pants and long sleeve in neoprene + bathing cap only.

The management reserves the right to exclude any person who does not respect the instructions or who has a dangerous attitude for himself or herself or for others.

Our friends the animals are not accepted. There is no need to impose a day in the car, they will be much better off at home.

Following the safety instructions is mandatory in all circumstances. The management declines all responsibility in case of accident due to a failure to respect these safety instructions.

Signage at the entrance to each activity should be consulted. It tells you how difficult the activity is and what criteria you need to meet to access it. Don’t take unnecessary risks.

The management reserves the right to modify the opening hours of the park and/or activities.

In case of bad weather, the management reserves the right to modify the opening hours of the park and/or the activities without any financial compensation being requested by the visitors.

For any reason, we do not refund the fees paid to enter the park, except in exceptional cases when the park is evacuated for technical, climatic, operational or security reasons. For this reason, credit notes can be given if you have been in the park for less than 1.5 hours, your receipt being proof of this.

In the event that any of the above rules are not respected, the Management will not only decline any responsibility, but will be obliged to invite any offender to leave the O’Gliss Park immediately, without being obliged to refund the entrance fee or to validate a new entrance.

Any entry in the park implies the acceptance of the present rules.

O’Cayo Island Rules

Access to the beach, the climbing wall and the pool of O Cayo Island involves individual risks. Do not attempt any ill-considered maneuvers that you are not capable of performing. We reserve the right to deny you access to certain areas if necessary and if you are taking undue risks that could harm yourself or others.

You remain responsible for any consequences related to the misuse of the “Deep Water” rock wall crossing activity provided to you. We thank the parents or guardians to make sure that their children follow these instructions. We remind you that children must not be left unattended under any circumstances. Jumping, diving and running are prohibited. It is forbidden to leave the marked paths. You remain responsible for the consequences of not following the safety instructions. It is forbidden to eat and/or drink in the pools.

Délir’Space Rules

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual capacities to take part in the activity. You are aware of the risks of bodily injury that you are taking and that you are causing your children to take by using the modules made available to you in the Delir’Space.

The practice of these 12 slides is an exercise that involves individual risks. Do not attempt any ill-considered maneuvers that you are not capable of performing. We reserve the right to deny you access to certain slides if necessary and if you are taking an unconsidered risk that could harm yourself or others.

You remain responsible for the consequences of misuse of the slides provided.

Only one person should be on the slide at a time, unless it is specified that the activity can be enjoyed by more than one person.

It is forbidden to go up the slides upside down.

The buoy slides are only available for 2 people.

Swimming is prohibited in the reception pools.

Jumping and running are prohibited.

It is forbidden to leave the marked paths.

Criteria for access to the different areas:

  • From 1m10 : 3 slides for beginners Body Slide, Tunnel Body Slide, Rafting Slide
  • From 1m20 : 4 slides of confirmed level Twister 1 and 2, Multi Surf, Flying Boat
  • From 1m40 or more or children accompanied by an adult: 2 slides of confirmed level Turbo Lance, Space Boat
  • From 1m50 : 3 slides out of categories Looping Rocket, Free Fall, Kamikaze

The age and height limits and safety instructions indicated at the start of each slide must be respected.

Virtual Rafting Rules

Family level : From 5 years old or 1m10 Sensational level : From 11 years old or 1m50 Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, people with high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems or any other health condition or disability that could be aggravated by this adventure.

You enter a natural area at your own risk. You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual abilities to take part in the activity. You are aware of the risk of bodily injury to yourself and your children by using the modules available on the Virtual Rafting. It is forbidden to leave the marked path, to run and to swim. Virtual Rafting is an exercise that involves individual risks.

Don’t try to do anything you don’t know how to do! We reserve the right to deny you access to the activity or part of the activity if necessary and if you are taking an unconsidered risk that could harm yourself or others. You must use the equipment provided by the company. The Virtual Rafting is in no way a teaching place. The staff does not provide training but rather common sense advice. You remain responsible for the consequences of the misuse of the modules provided. A safety briefing by the operator is mandatory before starting.

Sunset’Playa Regulations

Access to the beach and wave pool involves individual risk. Do not attempt any ill-considered maneuvers that you are not capable of performing. We reserve the right to deny you access to certain areas if necessary and if you are taking undue risks that could harm yourself or others.

You remain responsible for the consequences related to a bad use of the activity ” Wave ball ” put at your disposal.

Exploral’o Regulations

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual capacities to take part in the activity. You are aware of the risks of bodily injury that you are taking and that you are making your children take by using the modules made available to you in the Exploral’o space.

The practice of these 4 wild rivers is an exercise that involves individual risks. Don’t attempt any reckless maneuvers that you are not capable of doing. We reserve the right to deny you access to certain areas if necessary and if you are taking undue risks that could harm yourself or others.

You remain responsible for the consequences of not following the safety instructions.

Swimming is prohibited in the reception pools.

Jumping and running are prohibited.

It is forbidden to leave the marked paths.

Criteria for access to the different areas:

  • Speed River” and “Indiana” green trails: Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult
  • Blue trail ” Colorado ” : From 1m50
  • Red track ” Niagara ” : From 1m50

The age and height limits and safety instructions indicated at the start of each trail must be respected.

Ludo’Park Rules

Access to this area is strictly reserved for children under 11 years of age and involves individual risk. They should not attempt any ill-considered maneuvers that they are not capable of doing. We reserve the right to deny access to certain areas if necessary and if they are taking undue risks that could harm themselves or others.

The games at your disposal must be used in a reasonable manner and with respect for others and the equipment.

Eating and/or drinking is not permitted in the playground.

Jumping and running are prohibited.
